TREDWELL COFFEE IN AURORA
It’s safe to say, David Crane and Marta Kauffman knew what they were doing. It’s been 26 years since we were introduced to our favorite FRIENDS and their beloved coffee shop - Central Perk. This quaint, local hangout paid witness to interviews, dates, laughter, tears, reunions … and much more! It’s no surprise that the coffee-shop lifestyle gained momentum.
Coffee shops have a unique ability to transcend boundaries and serve as a go-to hub for social interaction and life happenings. With a focus on sustainable efforts, ‘on-the-go’ convenience and artisan drinks, coffee shops have gained popularity in younger generations - many considering it an affordable luxury. But, more importantly, coffee-shop-goers are looking for an experience to accompany their purchase - inviting aesthetics, great conversation, acoustic music, creative packaging … and friendly community.
Along the Fox River, in the heart of Aurora’s Historic District, you will find Tredwell Coffee. These baristas are truly passionate about coffee and people! TC partners with local roasters (shout-out to Tugboat Coffee and Freshground Roasting!), local artists, local musicians and local non-profits. Community is at its core. And those who ride their bike to the shop, receive 15% off their purchase. Ask for the Honey Oak Latte - local honey, espresso, oat milk and cinnamon … so yummy!
