WESTMONT–It came as no surprise that P!nk won the Icon Award at the 2021 Billboard Music Awards. This grammy-winning mom has dazzled fans with her lyrics, confidence and fearlessness. And recently, P!nk has wowed audiences (on tour and at award shows) with her gravity-defying aerial performances. All I Know So Far is that she’s Just Give(n) Me a Reason to Try! Who Knew? In October of 2013, RGF opened with the intention of creating an inspiring, uplifting and magnetic space for its clients. Its studio offers pole dance, aerial hammock and aerial hoop (lyra). Pole dance focuses on internal strength and self acceptance. Aerial
hammock is rooted in self-trust, while encouraging openness. And aerial hoop (lyra) merges strength and grace with a sense of freedom. All of which improve core strength, flexibility … and boost confidence and mood. Expect music to be a huge part of your class experience, too. Songs range from instrumental-to-hip hop. Did someone say, “Get the Party Started?”
Fun fact: each month RGF hosts ‘Bubbly & Books’ for its members. It's an opportunity to connect, discuss various topics and continue learning. This month they will be reading Tides by Sara Freeman.
