WINFIELD–On Saturday, December 11, the Winfield Centennial Fashion Show was held at Klein Creek Golf Club. Themed "Empowerment through Clothing: 100 Years of Women’s Fashion", the event gave an exclusive look into the past 100 years and how fashion was influenced by history. Each decade showcased couture designs from Choate Studio, a Winfield based mother daughter team that create custom garments. Local VIPs walked the runway including Jill Card, founder of Jeans and a Cute Top Shop. Event guests engaged in a silent auction during the hors’ deurve hour before the show began while watching a video montage of Winfield’s Centennial events. This once in a lifetime celebration of Winfield’s Centennial was truly breathtaking throughout and filled with memorable entertainment.
