YOU'VE BEEN GLANCED IN DOWNTOWN AURORA
In between Black Friday and Cyber Monday — historically the biggest and busiest days of the year for retail — there’s Small Business Saturday, an event loved by many, especially local residents and local shop owners.
Founded by American Express in 2010 and co-sponsored by the United States Small Business Administration since 2011, Small Business Saturday creates awareness about the impact shoppers have when they buy from small businesses year-round, whether they visit the store or shop online.
This year, Downtown Aurora was all a buzz on Small Business Saturday, with shoppers from near and far enjoying the day. From jewelry stores to full-service salons, downtown Aurora has convenient shopping for every lifestyle. Whether browsing the home decor at Wyckwood House or filling a tray with pastries at La France Bakery, downtown will leave shopper satisfied all season long.
