RESTAURANT CLOSURE | Morton's Steakhouse on State Street to Close Permanently Due to Pandemic

CLOSURE ANNOUNCED EARLIER TODAY

It is with sad news that we report another business closure. Earlier we learned by ABC-7 Chicago that the original Morton's Steakhouse location on State Street in Chicago will close permanently due to the hardship caused by COVID-19. According to the report, Morton's will work to relocate their employees to another location.

Morton's the Steakhouse in the Gold Coast of Chicago is the original location founded on December 21, 1978. We are for sure sad to see this one go! So much history.
