DOWNERS GROVE–This authentic eatery is in its third summer and the menu just keeps getting better and better! Bar Chido is located at 1012 Curtiss Street in Downtown Downers Grove Known for Taco Tuesday and a patio vibe like no other– this hip hot spot for modern tacos & other innovative Mexican fare –plus specialty cocktails– even has a taco takeout window. The patio is open for lunch every Thursday, Friday and Saturday and the menu is filled with lunching favorites and delish libations.
Tacos, tequila and amigos; Bar Chido stands alone and embraces its titles as as one of the coolest spots in the Western Suburbs. Bringing his own twist of modern Mexican street food inspired by Cabo and Tulum to Downers Grove, owner Sam Vlahos transformed the way we eat tacos, drink tequila, and most importantly, have fun— authentically. Downers Grove became a better place to visit three years agom that’s for sure!
