Fat Rosie’s Taco & Tequila Bar is Opening October 30 in Rosemont and Residents Cannot Wait

ROSEMONT–The thriving area of Rosemont is growing its restaurant scene with the opening of Fat Rosie’s Taco & Tequila Bar, a new culinary venture by Mas Mex Restaurant Group. Set to open on October 30 in Rosemont, this new eatery is located at 5433 Park Place within the vibrant Parkway Bank Park entertainment district. Fat Rosie’s aims to deliver the authentic flavors of Mexico to the area with its extensive offering of tacos, tequila, and more. The restaurant will feature an impressive menu that takes diners on a flavorful journey across Mexico, highlighting dishes such as "Esquites" Mexican street corn and Tampiqueña, right alongside a variety of tantalizing tacos. Complementing the cuisine is a comprehensive beverage menu boasting over 50 tequilas and more than 12 unique margarita flavors crafted from scratch.

The Fat Rosie’s experience is designed to be lively and engaging, featuring live entertainment every weekend. Guests can enjoy DJ performances every Friday and Saturday night and authentic Mariachi music on Saturday evenings, providing a festive backdrop to their dining experience. The restaurant’s atmosphere is enriched by traditional Mexican artistry with handcrafted elements that include vibrant tilework and authentic textiles, enhanced further by stunning murals that celebrate Mexico’s rich cultural heritage.
