Enjoy 500,000 Tulip Bulbs Across 5 Acres this Spring in Maple Park
MAPLE PARK–In November 2022 Kuiper’s Family Farm planted 500,000 tulip bulbs across 5 acres. These beautiful flowers have been dormant all winter and will be popping up this Spring to bring an amazing mixture of color to the farm that so many know and love. Make plans to attend this special event. The flower fields will be fully accessible for strolling through and taking those perfect pictures. For those who want to bring some of that beauty home, we will have specific fields set aside for you to cut your own tulips for an additional fee.
OPENING DAY: Tuesday, April 25
NOTE: As of this week, they have about 10-15% of the field in bloom, but they expect by Tuesday to be at roughly 30% and rising thereafter! That may not sound like a lot, but that’s over 150,000 tulips in all sorts of different colors! From a distance the color is incredibly vibrant, and up close the flowers are overwhelmingly beautiful.
