WHAT’S FOR DINNER?
NAPERVILLE–In my opinion, this is one of the most difficult questions to answer! Do I want burgers?! Sushi?! Well Thanks to BASH Geneva, I don’t have to choose! BASH, which stands for Burger and Sushi House, is a unique concept that is the perfect answer to what’s for dinner!
Located on Main Street in the heart of Downtown Geneva, you'll stumble upon this trendy restaurant exuding cool vibes. Take your pick between indoor seating or kick back on their sprawling patio. Elevate your experience at the sleek full bar, boasting a curated selection of wines, crafty signature cocktails, inventive specialty drinks, premium sake, and creative mocktails. And if you're into sushi, slide over to the chic sushi bar showcasing a tantalizing array of specialty rolls, classic favorites, sashimi, and one-of-a-kind specialty Nigiri. It's a contemporary dining hotspot that checks all the right boxes for a stylish, flavorful night out.
On my most recent visit, I began with a variety of starters. There are so many appealing things to choose from, oysters, edamame and other Asian inspired items, and my new favorite the Wagyu Hot Stone! This sizzling dish consists of tender Wagyu, along with three sauces on the side to accompany it.
Being that the word “Burger” is in the restaurant’s name, they’re obligated to have coolest burger selection around. I highly recommend you try my personal favorite, the Twisted PB & J. It’s a combination of peanut butter, strawberry jam, millionaire bacon and Siracha! Want something more classic, try the BASH burger. Prefer a Vegan choice, get the Impossible Fungi. The menu has several elevated Mac N Cheese dishes with an option for Gluten Free noodles. Don’t want Burgers or Sushi, don’t worry, they have Steak, chicken, salmon, soups, and salads!
Even if you don’t have room for dessert, you MUST try their Honey Toast! This giant slice of heaven is made from Brioche, vanilla ice cream and honey-butter and is unlike anything you’ve ever tasted before!
Be sure to check out BASH soon for happy hour, lunch specials, or dinner. Check out their resident DJ or attend a fun event there. It’s a great setting for a group of friends, family or a fun date.
