ST. CHARLES–Jenn Stanley, the heart and mind behind From Scratch Wellness in St. Charles, is a certified Traditional Naturopath and Soil Consultant with a passion for holistic health and healing. Before founding her practice, Jenn spent a decade as a professional chef, earning accolades like the Aspiring Chef Scholarship from the Charlie Trotter Foundation. Her culinary aspirations took a turn when she was diagnosed with fibromyalgia—a life-changing experience that redirected her focus toward natural medicine.
Through her own health challenges, Jenn discovered the power of integrative approaches to reverse chronic conditions. Today, her practice is devoted to helping clients overcome issues such as chronic fatigue, autoimmune disorders, anxiety, and more, by creating personalized treatment plans. These plans often include nutritional guidelines, herbal remedies, and therapies like colon hydrotherapy, craniosacral therapy, and lymphatic drainage.
