MORE CHANGES ARE COMING TO FOX VALLEY MALL
AURORA–We have watched Fox Valley Mall go through many changes through the years, but the most recent changes have area residents intrigued. After learning that there will soon be three buildings, each 3 stories tall, on the site where SEARS once stood, along with many more unique enhancements, many are excitedly anticipating the mall's new look.
The mall, which is largely owned by Centennial Real Estate (except for JC Penney and Macy's), is being enhanced to become an entertainment hub, a day-to-night destination and a gathering place for all to enjoy, according to its website. This includes apartment living with a total of 304 units–studio, one bedroom and two bedroom.
Promoted as "The New Fox Valley" by the real estate company behind the project, residents can expect a place where families converge as the next generation of shopping arrives which includes an entertainment hub, an all-day destination, a gathering place for the entire family and the entire community.
