Temperatures may be dropping, but that doesn’t mean you have to wait until spring to enjoy an outdoor meal. This November and December, The Forge: Lemont Quarries is offering Forgefire Globe Dining, where guests can enjoy an unforgettable meal under the stars with protection from the winter weather. Our cozy, clear globes offer seating for groups of 2 to 4 people and feature a candlelit view of the picturesque Forge Quarry, with the Eight Towers Adventure in the distance. The Forge will also be featuring four special winter menus that will rotate each weekend, promising a new delicious meal every time you visit!
