State-of-the-Art Cooking School in Lombard Offering Hands-On Classes
Glancer Magazine’s #MomsLittleBlackBook was on the scene at Weber Grill Restaurant’s new Cooking School in the Lombard location. This state-of-the-art cooking school is a custom-designed unique and dynamic learning facility dedicated to the art and skill of cooking on the grill.
With an abundance of options available for both adults and kids, there is a vast array of regularly scheduled public cooking classes, interactive grilling experiences as well as guided experiences such as private parties and corporate team building events.
These hands-on classes are for everyone, from beginners to experts. Whether you’re interested in mastering burgers, seafood, or steaks, they have a class tailored for you. Each session is led by their expert Cooking School Chef, Chef Klaus Lotter, who will guide you through the cooking and preparation process, sharing best practice tips along the way. He is engaging, friendly and fun and makes the classes an entertaining experience!
We also learned how to light and start both gas and charcoal grills and check out the newest Weber Grills on the market! Most importantly, we learned the chef’s secret to creating the most perfect grill marks!!!
