Exercise, diet, and sleep - - With those three in check, Lesley is a better business owner, wife, mother, and friend.
As the proprietor of Papier Girl in Glen Ellyn and mother to three boys ages 23, 22, and 18, Lesley knows she has less excuses early in the morning to workout before the chaos of the day begins. By 6 a.m. she is done at H4 Training in Wheaton and is much better able to handle the demands of work and family life. She loves the small group setting, modified workouts that meet her specific needs and the energy from a great playlist and engaging trainers.
Keeping her eating habits consistent with green smoothies each morning and a healthy protein for dinner, allows for indulging in pizza and pasta when the urges arise.
2022 will bring a busy bridal season to her boutique and Lesley is mindfully fit and ready with her consistent daily routine!
