Ladies, the movie is out and with its release last week, businesses throughout the western suburbs are hopping on Barbie's bandwagon to promote fun and cute things that can help us relive those moments of fun and excitement as little girls– and so far, we are all loving it.
This week, it really is all about Barbie and she won't be going away any time soon. After opening to the tune of $165 million in revenue last week, theatres continue to remain full. But these aren't the only local hot spots packed with pink. Barbiecore is no doubt a hot topic locally- from Main Street to the multi-vendor marketplace, it seems that just about every local business has Barbie on their agenda.
From local coffee shops and bakeries to retail stores, salons and more, many local companies are creatively promoting their Barbie-inspired products and services and the results have been fabulous! You'll see Barbie-themed merchandise ranging from clothing to accessories, and even food. How fun!
