Enjoy Old & Many New Traditions at this Festive & Fun Holiday Market
AURORA–Christkindlmarket is excited to have all their staple vendors back for 2023, and proud to announce they have added many new ones! Visitors get to shop from more than 50 vendors in Aurora including staples like Sweet Castle, but also local and international food and merchandise booths. Christkindlmarket will sparkle and shine even more this season with festive, interactive photo ops and scavenger hunts for the whole family.

The Christkindlmarket Aurora is the only location where the German tradition, the Children’s Lantern Parade, will take place this season on November 26 and December 10. Tickets to special events are now available for purchase from the Christkindlmarket event calendar.
“Twinkly Thursdays” are back – with many new specials. This year, you have the opportunity to watch glassblowing demonstrations at the Christkindlmarket Aurora and participate in a workshop to create your own! Besides that, holiday-themed face painting, typewriting poetry, beer stein holding competitions, and much more will keep all age groups entertained at RiverEdge Park. You’ve asked for more authentic German events, enjoy a unique wine tasting event at the Christkindlmarket Aurora at RiverEdge Park. At this 21+ event, you can try up to 8 unique mulled and cold wines from Germany and Austria (provided by Weinbauer), paired with delicious pairings from Austrian Lodge and Sweet Castle. This event will take place on the Skydeck and allow you to take in the magic of the market from above. This is a one-time only event with limited tickets that takes place on Saturday, December 2. Tickets are on sale now.
