INVESTIGATORS ARE LOOKING INTO SERIOUS ALLEGATIONS AGAINST NAPERVILLE'S JERRY HARRIS
Today's story has exploded in local, regional and national news about Naperville resident Jerry Harris who stars on the hit docuseries "Cheer" that follows the ups and downs of Navarro College's competitive cheer squad as they work to win a coveted national title.
According to USA Today, siting multiple sources, authorities are looking into allegations that the 21-year-old solicited sexually explicit photos and sex from minors. The publication reported that agents executed a search warrant on Monday, Sept. 14 at a home in Naperville as part of the investigation.
According to an E! News report, it has been learned that none of the allegations involve any physical contact and the accusations are from when Jerry was a teenager. The "Cheer" star denied, in a statement from his spokesperson to ABC News, that he solicited sex and sexually explicit photographs from minors.
