FIVE HEARTS OF GOLD MAKE UP THIS LOCAL FAMILY OF ROLE MODELS
John is the President of Major, Lindsey & Africa, a global legal search firm, and Christi is a partner at Winston & Strawn LLP, a large law firm in Chicago. As 16 year residents of Clarendon Hills, John and Christi and their five kids, Amanda (19), Tyler (18), Julia (16), Haley (14) and Allison (10) are actively involved in Notre Dame Parish, volunteering at the church’s food pantry, teaching religious education classes, serving on various PTA committees and John is on the board of The First Tee of Greater Chicago.
Although their kids are also involved in many local sports clubs and organizations, Julia and Haley find time to join Christi as members of the National Charity League and the entire family loves working as shopping assistants in the food pantry at HCS Family Services in Hinsdale.
“I want my children to understand and appreciate that we are part of a community, and it is our responsibility to help others when we can,” Christi says.
The Cashman family feels blessed to live in such an amazing community and enjoys summers at Daisy Days, in downtown Clarendon Hills around Father’s Day each year.
