YOU'VE BEEN GLANCED.....
Countless costumed characters, ghouls, goblins, witches and super heroes enjoyed spending the morning Downtown Naperville. The streets were filled with fun and surprises as over 70 downtown businesses opened early to meet, greet and hand out Halloween surprises! The Halloween Trolley was also circling downtown offering complimentary rides, compliments of Naperville Trolley & Tours. How spooktacular is that!?
