Autumn Memories Await at Cantigny WHEATON–The newly opened gardens are reason enough to visit Cantigny. But for the kids, don’t miss the park’s Fall Festival on Oct. 13, and “Family Fun Night: Pumpkins & Treats” on Oct. 19. Both events are free with $5 parking. The Cantigny 5K on Nov. 3 includes Youth and Tot runs, and the festive Celebrate the Season Holiday Festival is Dec. 1. Escape the Barn The Salem Witch Trial Primrose Farm • October 12 & 13 ST. CHARLES–The Salem Witch Trials have reached Primrose Farm and the witches are retaliating. On Friday & Saturday, October 12 & 13, it’s up to you and your teammates to Escape the Barn before it’s too late! Gobbler Hobbler 10K & Mashed Potato Mile OSWEGO–Celebrate Veterans Day and Fall on Sunday, November 11 with a chip-timed 10K run down the Fox River and through scenic Oswego, or enjoy the family-friendly Mashed Potato Mile just for fun!
