Summer is finally here! School’s out and it’s time to celebrate warm days, cool treats and fun stops along the way. There are many great events and activities happening around DuPage County. It’s Fun to Be Smart! LEARNING RX–Brain Camp creates an engaging environment in which your child can discover tools for thriving in school and life. A cognitive enrichment program for children and teens ages 8-14. Camp exposes kids to fun activities that work on core brain skills, including memory, attention and logic. Brain Camp also teaches kids how to solve problems, set goals, harness the power of a great attitude, and use cool tricks to memorize things easily. Fun Summer Events at DuPage Children’s Museum NAPERVILLE– Explore, create, build, wonder, discover, think, play and more! Every visit to DuPage Children’s Museum is an adventure in fun and learning. Roll through DCM Express to experience the power of train play (DCM Express closes on June 14 so don’t wait), explore light and shadow in Creativity Connections, and create a work of art in The Studio. SEA LION PARK

A Nationally Recognized, Award-Winning Aquatic Park LISLE– Sea Lion Aquatic Park offers refreshing summertime fun for residents and visitors. It is the perfect venue for birthday parties or other celebrations. Featuring a large open swim area that slopes upward to a zero-depth shallow end, which allows for easy entry into the pool for everyone. With two 50' body flume slides, two drop slides, a vortex pool, splash playground, sand & kiddie water play area, teen pool and more, there's something fun for everyone! Adult and senior designated swim schedules are offered as well.
