STRONG self(ie) Empowerment Event (Apr 14)
Such a fun day at the You 'GLOW' Girl Mother/Daughter Empowerment Event this past Saturday. Hosted by STRONG self(ie), a subscription box for girls founded by two Naperville moms, the empowerment event had over 200 moms and daughters. The mission of the event was to provide quality time for both mom and daughter and to build strong girls for life, and included glow yoga, WERQ dance class, mom talks, hair braiding, Athleta clothing, a DJ, food vendors, a life size intention wall and more! The quarterly boxes are aimed for girls ages 8-17, to inspire and empower them to be their strongest self(ie) and always #justdoyou.
