WINNER OF 15 MOST CHARITABLE WOMEN OF THE YEAR CONTEST – STACEY SUTTER, CAL’S ANGELS FOUNDATION A wonderful evening was had by all as Glancer Magazine was there to celebrate with Stacey Sutter, President and Co-Founder of Cal’s Angels Foundation, who was our winner of the 15 Most Charitable Women of the Year for 2017. Readers voted on their favorite charitable story from the Mid-December issue and gave the nod to Stacey for being so inspirational on her quest of giving back.
Stacey spends her days with Cal’s Angels honoring their mission of granting wishes, raising awareness and funding research to help kids fight cancer. More than just a spokesperson, Stacey is hands-on with the children and their families providing pizza parties at the hospitals, delivering comfort kits filled with goodies to make their stay more comfortable, and most importantly hugs!
She is a whirlwind of ideas on how to raise awareness and funds for the foundation including Black-Tie Galas, Golf Outings, Marathon Run Teams, and new this summer, A Cal’s Angels Signature Concert with the Goo Goo Dolls and special guest, Gavin DeGraw.
The celebration for Stacey was held at Cooper’s Hawk Winery and Restaurant in St. Charles where she received a beautiful crystal engraved award and a pink prize box filled with $500 in gift cards; $100 each from our contest sponsors: Jeans and a Cute Top Shop, Zano Salon and Spa, Downtown Naperville, Nona Jo’s and Cooper’s Hawk Winery.
