'TIS THE SEASON FOR LOTS OF SMILES....

The holidays are here! What a fun and festive time for the kids. With events and activities happening all over the suburbs– each just as merry and bright as the next– we’re here to introduce them to you. Featuring fabulously festive events and activities, it’s no wonder why this page is loved just as much as Santa on Christmas Eve. Enjoy!

Climb the Ackerman Alps GLEN ELLYN–Indoor rock climbing is an ideal recreational activity for both youths and adults as it helps develop physical skills, cognitive skills, courage, and confidence. Ackerman Sports & Fitness Center’s Ackerman Alps features two 30-foot climbing walls with auto-belays and a bouldering wall where participants can experience the thrill of ascending the rock wall in a safe and convenient setting. Just $6 per visit for residents and $8 for non-residents. View available hours at www.AckermanSFC.com.

Santa House On the Riverwalk NAPERVILLE– This year, take a magical trip to visit Santa on the Naperville Riverwalk at Jackson Avenue and Webster Street. Admission is free. Santa’s Craft Corner at Cosley Zoo Saturday Nov 25, Dec 2 & 9, 10-2pm WHEATON–Skip the long line at the mall and visit Santa at the zoo. While you are here, make a craft or two and be sure and tour the zoo before you go. Your admission includes crafts, refreshments, and of course, a visit with the man in red himself. Santa’s Craft Corner is held in the Kiebler Room, located on the second floor of the large barn. www.cosleyzoo.org/events/
