AURORA MUSIC ANNOUNCEMENT
RiverEdge Park announced today that Alabama, one of the most influential groups in country music history, will play Aurora's beautiful outdoor summer concert venue for one-show-only, Friday, July 28. Gates open at 6:30 p.m. The concert begins at 8pm Tickets are $55. Online sales start Friday, April 28 at 10am at www.RiverEdgeAurora.com. Phone and walk-up sales begin Friday, May 12 at 10 a.m. Over 27 number one hits, seven multi-platinum albums, two Grammy Award wins from a total of 13 nominations, and they're still rocking. Alabama has been blasting out its fusion of country, rock, bluegrass and pop for more than four decades with barely any breaks. Although they gave a farewell tour in 2003, they couldn't stay away for long and soon began performing together again. With classic songs like "Mountain Music," "Feels So Right" and "The Closer You Get," these guys aren't just country singers, they're country legends that have universal appeal to all music fans.
