COLUMBIA COLLEGE FASHION JOURNALISM STUDENT JOINS TEAM GLANCER
Glancer Magazine is excited to welcome our Summer Editorial Intern for 2016, Amanda Kaplan.
Amanda is a fashion journalism student at Columbia College Chicago who has a passion for sustainable and ethical clothing that inspires and promotes self-confidence.
She will be writing a monthly feature titled THE UNIQUE BOUTIQUE– What You Know + What You Don't Know starting with the July 2016 issue. The feature will run in print + online through September 2016 and will feature 3 different west suburban area boutiques, along with unique facts about each one giving our readers an inside look at the boutique business.
Amanda has a fashion blog, Brunette with a Budget, where her love for writing and fashion is shared with thousands of readers. She loves creating looks with pieces that are unlikely to be compatible together, yet work when styled and worn with confidence.
Additionally, Amanda is the founder and Editor-in-Chief of the first all-student run fashion magazine, In the Loop, at Columbia College Chicago.
